+This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Minimal Studios Pty Ltd.

+This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Kaiju software ("Software") directly from Minimal Studios Pty Ltd or indirectly through a Minimal Studios Pty Ltd authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").
